General terms and conditions
As of 27 October 2026 · Revised on 28 October 2026
1. Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to orders placed in the online shop of 1one1 GmbH, Müligässli 1, 8598 Bottighofen, Switzerland, hereinafter “we” or “1one1”. The offer is intended for customers with a delivery address in Switzerland. Separate agreements apply to retail and distribution partnerships.
The version of these terms provided at the time of ordering applies. Individual agreements take precedence. Subsequent changes do not apply to contracts already concluded.
2. Ordering and formation of the contract
The product presentations in the online shop invite you to place an order. You select the desired items and quantities and enter your contact, delivery and payment details at checkout. Before submitting the binding order, you can check your details and the total price and correct input errors. By completing the final ordering step, you submit a binding offer to purchase. The button indicates the obligation to pay.
You will promptly receive electronic confirmation that your order has been received. This acknowledgement does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract unless it expressly also declares acceptance. The purchase contract is concluded when we expressly accept your order, but at the latest when we receive your full advance payment or dispatch the goods. An email expressly accepting your order concludes the contract as soon as you receive it.
If we cannot accept your offer, we will inform you and promptly refund any payments already received. If the contract has already been concluded, the statutory provisions apply; this does not establish an unrestricted right to reject it subsequently.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF). They include statutory value added tax and other mandatory charges insofar as these apply to the purchase.
For shipping within Switzerland, we charge an additional CHF 30 per order. Even if two boxes are ordered together, shipping is charged only once. The total amount including shipping is displayed before you submit the binding order.
Payment is made in advance using one of the payment methods displayed at checkout.
4. Delivery
We deliver exclusively to addresses in Switzerland. Goods are shipped from our Swiss warehouse with Planzer.
We dispatch available goods within three working days after confirmed receipt of payment. The period starts on the following working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the place of dispatch.
After handover to Planzer, transport usually takes an additional 24–48 hours. This period is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. For goods that are not immediately available, the different dispatch period expressly stated before ordering applies.
We will inform you of foreseeable delays. Your statutory rights in the event of delayed delivery remain unaffected. Please inform us of any errors in your delivery address as soon as possible.
5. Choosing a size and use
Before ordering, check the stated product dimensions, the space your dog needs and the dimensions of your vehicle, including the boot opening. The ORIGAMI configurator helps you choose a size. Its recommendation does not replace checking the actual installation situation.
Follow the assembly, securing and operating instructions supplied. These instructions do not restrict your claims in the event of product defects, inaccurate warranted characteristics or faulty instructions.
Statements about safety tests refer to the scope of testing expressly described in each case. They do not constitute an assurance that injury or damage in an accident is excluded.
6. No voluntary right of return or exchange
There is no general statutory right of withdrawal for ordinary online purchases in Switzerland. For goods without defects, we do not grant a voluntary right of return or exchange if you are dissatisfied. This also applies if your chosen size does not meet your needs despite accurate product information.
Claims relating to defects, incorrect deliveries or inaccurate warranted characteristics, as well as expressly agreed rights of return or guarantees, remain unaffected.
7. Defects and statutory warranty
The statutory provisions on warranty for defects apply.
Inspect the goods after receipt as soon as this is possible in the ordinary course of business. Apparent defects must be reported without delay, and hidden defects without delay after discovery. Under the statutory rules, late inspection or notification may result in the loss of warranty rights.
Claims for defects in the goods are generally subject to a limitation period of two years after delivery. This period is not shortened for new goods intended for personal or family use. The limitation period replaces neither timely notification of defects nor the other statutory requirements for claims and does not establish an additional durability guarantee. Statutory exceptions remain reserved.
In the event of a substantiated defect, subject to the statutory requirements, you are entitled in particular to rescission of the purchase or a price reduction and, for fungible goods, a replacement delivery. A repair may be agreed with you. These terms do not introduce a mandatory obligation to accept a repair first.
Please report defects to info@1one1-goods.com. A description and your order number help us identify the matter; photographs can help clarify it. We will coordinate the next steps and any return with you. Your statutory claims depend neither on the original packaging nor on photographs or prior return authorisation.
Any expressly promised additional guarantee is governed by its own terms. It does not restrict statutory warranty rights. These terms do not establish any guarantee beyond that.
8. Liability
Our liability is governed by the statutory provisions. These terms contain no additional exclusions of liability. Mandatory claims, particularly under product liability law, remain unaffected.
9. Data protection
Information on the processing of your personal data is provided in our separate privacy notice. Acceptance of these terms does not constitute consent to optional advertising or analytics.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Mandatory statutory provisions and mandatory places of jurisdiction, particularly those protecting consumers, remain reserved. The courts designated by law have jurisdiction.
