Shipping and payment

Delivery within Switzerland

We deliver exclusively to addresses in Switzerland. Your order is shipped from our Swiss warehouse with Planzer.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are CHF 30 per order. Even if two boxes are ordered together, we charge shipping only once. You can see the full order amount before submitting your binding order.

Dispatch and transport time

We dispatch available goods within three working days after confirmed receipt of payment. The period starts on the following working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the place of dispatch.

After handover to Planzer, transport usually takes an additional 24–48 hours. This period is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. For goods that are not immediately available, the different dispatch period expressly stated before ordering applies.

We will inform you of foreseeable delays. Your statutory rights in the event of delayed delivery remain unaffected.

Payment

You pay in advance using one of the payment methods displayed at checkout. All prices are stated in CHF and include statutory value added tax and the mandatory charges applicable to the purchase. Shipping costs are additional.
