Last updated: 20 October 2026

1 Controller and contact details

The controller responsible for the processing of personal data described here is 1one1 GmbH, Müligässli 1, 8598 Bottighofen, Switzerland.

For questions about data protection and to exercise your rights, you can contact us at info@1one1-goods.com or by post at the address above.

2 Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data when you visit www.1one1-goods.com, use the ORIGAMI configurator or submit contact and dealer enquiries. Personal data means information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. Where the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation applies to processing, the legal bases and rights set out below also apply.

3 Website and hosting with Wix

We use Wix to provide and operate our website. When you access it, technical data such as your IP address, requested content, time of access, and browser and device information are processed. These data enable the website to be delivered, faults to be detected and protection against misuse.

Wix.com Ltd. in Israel acts as a processor for the data processed for us through the platform. This processing is based on Wix's Data Processing Addendum. Wix uses additional infrastructure and service providers for this purpose.

Where the GDPR applies, the processing necessary for secure operation is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to provide a functional, secure and reliable website. Technical connection data are necessary to provide the website; it cannot be accessed without transmitting them.

4 Contact and dealer enquiries

If you contact us using a form, by email or by telephone, we process your contact details, the content of your enquiry and the information you provide to us. In the contact form, the email address and message are required; first name and last name are optional. In the partner form, the company, last name and first name, email address, postal address, desired partnership and type of business are required; the telephone number is optional.

We use this information to answer your specific enquiry, assess the advice or cooperation you have requested and conduct the related correspondence. Contact and dealer enquiries are currently not used for newsletters or advertising.

Processing is carried out by the employees responsible for your enquiry. Website forms are provided through Wix. We use Microsoft Outlook to handle emails.

Wix forms are protected against spam and automated abuse. Google reCAPTCHA is embedded as a checkbox in the partner form. In the older contact form, Wix may additionally display a reCAPTCHA check in the event of unusual activity. Technical connection data and information about interactions are checked to distinguish human input from automated abuse. Google processes reCAPTCHA customer data as a processor for security purposes. The contractual data protection and transfer provisions are available at https://cloud.google.com/terms/data-processing-addendum. Where the GDPR applies, the necessary protection against abuse is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our interest in operating forms securely. Alternatively, you can contact us by email.

Where the GDPR applies, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR if it concerns a contract with you or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. For other enquiries and for contact persons at companies, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is to handle enquiries appropriately and conduct business communications.

You decide whether to contact us. Without the information needed to respond, we may be unable to deal with your enquiry. Please provide only information necessary for your enquiry.

5 ORIGAMI configurator

The configurator processes your selection of dog breed or type, vehicle make, model and year directly in your browser to display a size recommendation. The configurator code does not send these selections to us and does not include a function for transmitting them to an external analytics service.

Your chosen language is saved under the name origamiLang in your browser's local storage. This entry contains the language preference and has no set expiry time in the configurator. You can remove it by deleting the website data in your browser. If local storage is blocked, the configurator remains usable but does not remember your language.

Loading the configurator file through the Wix infrastructure requires technical connection data as described in Section 3. This is distinct from the local calculation. The size recommendation is provided as guidance and is not an automated decision producing legal effects or similarly significant effects on you.

6 Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Comparable technologies, such as browser local storage, can also store preferences without cookies. Wix uses technical storage and security functions to provide the website. The language entry used by the configurator is described in Section 5.

Optional Wix traffic and behavioural statistics are disabled for this website. We do not use Google Analytics or marketing pixels from Meta or TikTok. This is distinct from technical operational and security data that Wix needs to provide the website; their processing is explained in Section 3.

You can use your browser settings to delete cookies and website data or restrict their storage. This may affect functionality. Merely visiting the website or reading this Privacy Policy does not constitute consent. The separate choice described in Section 7 applies to the optional YouTube player.

7 Product video and map link

YouTube: The preview image for our product video is provided through Wix. The YouTube player loads only when you click the load button after the privacy notice displayed there. Without this step, this video embed does not establish a connection to YouTube. The video does not start automatically after loading.

For users in the European Economic Area and Switzerland, YouTube is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When the player loads, Google receives technical connection data, particularly the IP address, and information about the video being viewed and use of the player. Google may use cookies or similar technologies and may also process the data in the United States. If you are signed in to Google, Google may associate the view with your account. The privacy-enhanced mode used is not an assurance that no data will be transmitted or stored.

Activation is voluntary and serves to display the product video you have chosen to view. Where the GDPR applies, we base the loading of the player on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can unload the player using the button to close the video and withdraw your consent to further loading of the player. This does not retrospectively delete data already transmitted; the lawfulness of previous processing remains unaffected. Loading it again requires another active choice on your part.

Google Maps: The address is available on our website without an embedded Google map. Only when you open the expressly labelled map link do you leave our website and access Google Maps. Google's privacy notices apply to your use of that service.

Google also processes data from YouTube and Maps as a controller in its own right. Further information is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy and information about international transfers at https://policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks.

8 Recipients and processing abroad

The service providers mentioned receive the data they need to operate the website and provide communications. Other recipients receive data where this is necessary to handle a matter you have initiated or where there is a legal obligation. Disclosure for a new purpose incompatible with your enquiry requires a separate basis and appropriate information to be provided.

Wix initially processes data in Israel. Wix's current list identifies additional companies in the United States, Brazil, Mexico, Luxembourg, Lithuania, India, Germany, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Ukraine and the Netherlands for platform operations, infrastructure and service provision. The providers' roles and locations are described at https://support.wix.com/en/article/list-of-wixs-sub-processors.

For cross-border processing by processors, Wix's Data Processing Addendum provides for adequacy decisions and, for transfers to other countries, recognised standard contractual clauses or other safeguards provided for by law. The contractual provisions are available at https://www.wix.com/about/privacy-dpa-users.

We use Microsoft as a processor for our email service. This involves processing the contact, message and technical data necessary to send, receive, store and securely handle our correspondence. In providing and supporting Microsoft services, data may also be processed outside Switzerland. Microsoft describes its contractual data protection obligations and safeguards for international transfers in the Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum at https://www.microsoft.com/licensing/docs/view/Microsoft-Products-and-Services-Data-Protection-Addendum-DPA. Information about Google services is provided in Sections 4 and 7.

You can request information from us about the applicable safeguards and a copy of the standard contractual clauses relevant to our processing. Where necessary, trade secrets and third-party information will be protected.

9 Retention

The retention period depends on the purpose of the processing. Data relating to an enquiry are needed for as long as the enquiry and any related follow-up questions are being handled. If a business relationship is established, further retention depends on the management of that relationship and the applicable obligations.

Documents subject to statutory retention obligations are kept for the required period. In particular, Swiss law generally requires accounting records and accounting vouchers to be retained for ten years from the end of the financial year. This period does not apply indiscriminately to every contact enquiry.

Where data are needed for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, retention depends on the applicable limitation periods and the duration of any specific proceedings. Once the purpose and any applicable grounds for retention cease to exist, the data must be deleted or anonymised. Section 5 applies to the local language entry.

Where the GDPR applies, retention to comply with an obligation under Union or Member State law is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Where necessary, we base compliance with Swiss legal obligations and the protection of legal claims on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and the relevant legitimate interest.

10 Your rights

Under the applicable data protection law, you may in particular request information about the processing of your personal data and the rectification of inaccurate data. Subject to the statutory conditions, you may also request erasure, restriction of processing, and the release or transfer of certain data.

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

Where our processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then stop processing the data unless there are demonstrable compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves legal claims. You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time without giving a reason.

Please send your request to info@1one1-goods.com. If necessary to prevent unauthorised disclosure, we will ask for reasonable additional information to verify your identity. Statutory restrictions and exceptions, such as those protecting the rights of other people or arising from retention obligations, remain applicable.

You can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner: Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern, Switzerland, https://www.edoeb.admin.ch/de/kontakt. Where the GDPR applies, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the place of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement.

11 Changes

We update this Privacy Policy when our processing or the applicable requirements change. The current version is made available on this website. A change to this policy does not replace any consent that may be required.
